Unbelievable! These water buses can move on land and water (photos)

See pictures of water buses that can move on water and land

Wonders shall never end. In as much as the human minds keep wondering and giving birth to new ideas, the more inventions will be made in the society.

Some thousands of years back, the idea of having a vehicle which can travel hundreds of kilometres while carrying people might have sounded strange. That was because this was thought to be impossible because of the primitiveness of that era.

So many things have changed in our society now; people are becoming more creative day by day. A vehicle which can move in both water and land has been surfaced. These vehicles are known as water buses and have been in operation for some years now.

People often use them in waterfront properties that are not accessible by land. These buses are used mainly for sightseeing.

Water buses can move conveniently on water and land. This may not be totally new as there are amphibious aircrafts in existence already. These aircrafts can fly and land on water. The largest amphibious aircraft was introduced by China. This huge craft has features that make it look like a boat and an airplane at the same time.
This is exciting considering the fact that so many cars get swept by floods when we have prolonged rainfall. It is terrifying for people to get drowned while in their cars.
This amphibious vehicle that can operate in both water and land may be the miracle we need.

It is intriguing to know that something that has been seen in science fiction can happen in reality.

Chibok girls release: Fayose attacks Buhari, exposes ‘hidden’ reason why the girls were released

Release of Chibok girls a diversionary tactic – Fayose

– Governor Ayodele Fayose calls on President Muhammadu Buhari to address the massive hunger that is killing many people in the country

Fayose says the PDP-led federal government which was labeled as inept by the opposition did better than the current administration

– The governor accuses the Buhari administration of using the report of Chibok girls’ release to cover up the undue arrest of judges

Fayose says Nigerians are suffering under the App government.

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state has described the celebration by the federal government over the release of 21 Chibok girls by the Boko Haram group as a tactic employed by the government to divert the attention of Nigerians away from the hunger in the country.

Fayose made the claim in Iyin-Ekiti, Irepodun/I felon local government area of Ekiti state on Thursday, October 13 during the inaugurating a block of four classrooms built for the Erelu Angela Adebayo Children’s Home.
The governor, according to Vanguard, called on l President Muhammadu Buhari to address the massive hunger that is killing many people in the country.

What they came out today to tell Nigerians that 21 abducted Chibok girls have been released by the Boko Haram group is diversionary. Nigerians have never had it so bad. People are very hungry. What they did today is just to divert attention from what they did last week by clamping judges and justices into detention.
While no one is saying corruption should be condoned, but the due process must be followed, ” he said.
Fayose said the Peoples Democratic Party-led federal government which was labeled as inept by the opposition did better than the current administration.

“The exchange rate of the naira to the dollar is unacceptable. The situation has led to hyper-inflation where what people used to buy for N30,000 can not be bought with N100,000?. Look at the elections that have been conducted since they came to office, all the gains recorded by the previous government as far as democracy is concerned are being eroded,” he said.

“Food security is number one, they should stop fooling us; our economy must be urgently addressed because Nigerians voted for the government in power so that they can enjoy better lives.

“There is hunger everywhere, many husbands had turned to wives in their families. Nigeria is hard to live in and we pray that God will change this change for us.
“It is not good for a government to be catching thieves and kidnappers everyday while its citizens are hungry. Everybody is now a thief in Nigeria, we need prayer in Nigeria and we need divine intervention,” he added. Fayose said Nigerians are suffering under the APC government, alleging that the current administration had taken away the rights of Nigerians.

He accused the Buhari administration of using the report of Chibok girls’ release to cover up the undue arrest of judges. He said what Nigerians need is food on the table because propaganda does not amount to food on the table for the citizens.

Meanwhile, Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno state on Thursday, October 13, hailed the release of 21 Chibok school girls by the Boko Haram insurgents.

According to him, the release of the girls has shown President Muhammadu Buhari’s sincerity in ending the Boko Haram insurgency, NAN reports.

In a statement signed by Malam Isa Gusau, the governor’s special adviser on communication in Maiduguri, Shettima said that the release of the 21 Chibok girls has eliminated the doubts in President Buhari.

Nigerian Army denies report on Chibok girls

Army denies not knowing about release of Chibok girls

The Nigerian Army has denied the reports in some online media and national dailies that it had it no knowledge of the release of 21 Chibok girls by Boko Haram.

This comes even as the military said it is working in harmony with sister security agencies to ensure the freedom of the remaining girls as well as put an end to terrorism completely, Vanguard reports.

This was contained in a statement release made available to newsmen on Saturday, October 15.
However, the military said negotiations for the remaining girls’ release solely rests on the shoulders of the politicians and not the military.

The statement read: “The Defence Headquarters attention has been drawn to an online and newspaper publication insinuating that there is a mix feelings among Nigerian military ranks and files as a result of the recent release of some Chibok girls. The military wishes to state unequivocally that the Armed Forces will continue to work closely with all our sister security agencies to achieve more feat in this direction.

“The military also want to debunk the baseless and unfounded story that there is disquiet in the military over the condition of release of the girls. The Nigerian Armed Forces and other security agencies are one, working together to finish the war on terror and other criminalities which can be done covertly or overtly. The most important thing is achieving our strategic objective. The DHQ has said before that negotiation with the terrorists or any other group rests purely on our respected political leaders. The military operations to rid our land of terrorists continue.

“It is important to state that not all information are meant for public consumption due to processes which is purely political. More so, the on-going military operation is making unprecedented progress with rescue of many captives held by the terrorists. The general public should discountenance with this baseless and misleading story.

“While the Armed Forces holds the media veritable partner, it urges the media to be mindful and clarify with the military when reporting security and defence issues bothering on sensitive national matters of this nature.”

On Thursday, October 13, 21 Chibok girls were released by the dreaded Boko Haram terrorist group. The girls were reported to have been released in the early hours of the morning.

According to the National Inter-faith and religious Organisation of Nigeria for Peace, Christians and Muslim faithful in the country should use this Sunday and Friday to offer thanksgiving for the release of the 21 Chibok girls.

UNVEILED: Full story of how 21 Chibok girls were rescued

– The full story of how the 21 Chibok girls were released has been revealed

– According to reports, negotiations began with a small team in 2014 whose plans initially failed

Premium Times reports that the release of the 21 Chibok girls which took place on Thursday, October 13, was as a result of a negotiation by a team which assembled two years ago.

During Goodluck Jonathan’s administration, the key actors in the team made a first attempt to negotiate with the Boko Haram sect around July 2014.
These key actors include: Mustapha Zanna, a lawyer, Shehu Sani, who is now a senator representing Kaduna Central senatorial district and the Nigerian Army, then led by Kenneth Minimah.

Others include Fred Eno who also a human rights activist, the Swiss government and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), which was called in to play an unbiased middle-man.

However, Senator Sani started the negotiation process when he reached out to the Swiss government through its embassy who linked them to Mr Zanah who then connected the Swiss authorities and the ICRC in the process.

Also, former president Goodluck Jonathan appointed Ijaw national leader, Edwin Clark, to link with the team and Nigerian government. With this in place, the team almost succeeded in the release of the girls in 2014 but later fell through due to the manner in which the past administration handled the matter.

After its failure, Messrs Sani, Eno and Clark moved on to other things but other members of the team were hopeful and kept exploring possible options.
A source told Premium Times: “It boils down, basically, to three key issues: inflexibility and lack of realism on the part of the insurgent forces; lack of support for a negotiated settlement to the insurgency on the part of security forces; and what appears to be government’s acceptance that the security forces were right,”
“The president desperately wanted the girls released, but politics of positioning stood in the way of progress,” Mr. Eno said.

Later on, using the existing line which was initially established, the State Security Service (SSS) led a fresh negotiation with the team although the Nigerian military was left out.
They were left out after the insurgents said they did not want to be involved with the military after their members and some Chibok girls had been killed in midair bombardments.

The SSS was therefore asked to lead the negotiation and provide essential support After a deal had been struck, the Red Cross was called in to meet the leadership of the sect as well as sight the girls whereby date and location was decided for the girls to be released.
According to some officials, on Wednesday, October 14, the military was called upon to deploy some of its men to Banki, a border town in Bama, Borno State, to pick up the 21 girls, The girls were released at 5:30 am on Thursday and immediately flown to Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, in a chopper.

Meanwhile, the minister of information, culture and tourism, Las Muhammed, denied claims that the recent release of the 21 Chibok girls was not a swap for some terrorists.

He also said the release of the girls is the effort of the federal government to Nigeria led by President Muhammadu Buhari to safe rescue. His comments sparked speculations that a ransom might have been paid but presidential spokesperson, Femi Adesina debunked the claims.
But Sahara reporters claimed that the captured Chibok girls were released after a prisoner swap with the Nigerian government.

A local currency trader who spoke to Mokunfope brymond said the recent come back of the local currency can be attributed to the introduction of Travelex, a licensed forex dealer. He added that the resumption of the sale of Diaspora remittances to licenced BDC operator is currently on-going and expressing hope that the economy would soon rebound.

When you were away, he kept saying that if it were his daughter, he wouldn't even know what to do. So, we are all very excited that you are here. We are all happy that God has preserved your lives and brought you back.

“We’re going to bring your parents; your parents will be coming here to join you. What it Means to Serve Others — The Mark of a Servant Leader

I spoke recently to a good friend who told me a story about the leader that was just hired to take over her
organization. This new director came in on the first day, introduced himself only to the senior staff, spoke in a very authoritative and dominant way and let everyone know “a new sheriff was in town.”

When I heard this story, before even halfway through, I knew where it was going: Meet the new boss, intentionally much different than the old boss (to paraphrase the words of Roger Daltrey from The Who ). In fact, so different, that individual will immediately let you know just how different. Not really interested in getting to know the other people in the organization, different. Not feeling like they owe their valuable time to the lower-level folks, different.Obnoxious, different.

In order for business and personal relationships to thrive, we as individuals have to begin with an open extension of empathy. Empathy must be genuine and heartfelt —  otherwise, everyone will know they’re dealing with a phony. So in order to empathize and show you care, you have to want to get to know others. You have to put others first, not yourself.

Servant Leader
Being a servant leader means putting the interests of others above your own. You’ve probably seen some variation of these words before, but ask yourself the following questions: Do you put others before yourself in the workplace, among your friends or in your school
setting? If you’re afraid to do this, why? What is the cost to you?

If you’re afraid to be vulnerable, ditch that fear. Vulnerability is one of the greatest traits you can espouse.

“Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy — the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” — Brené Brown

I recently met a fellow business professional for a cup of coffee on a Saturday afternoon. He said some golden
words to me. They meant that much more because he met me in an effort to help me out:

“I make every effort to give without expecting anything in return.”

Wouldn’t the world be a beautiful place if everyone not only thought that way — but acted that way? Yet it seems, in my experience, the people who behave this way really stand out. Because they’re few and far between. Most of us act purely for our own self-interests. We have to “make it” first and do things our way — which usually means “getting ours” and not caring for what others get. We take advantage of the generous help of others without giving in return.

Eventually, that really comes back to bite us. I’ve been on both sides. As a millennial and business professional, I’ve relied on the help of others in network. I’ve met some extraordinarily generous people who have advised, coached and mentored me.
Their benevolence has helped me as I’ve forged the path and created a career for myself. I am nothing today without the people who have had my back and looked out for me — some of whom were essentially perfect strangers that simply cared and wanted to help. Think about that —  on the surface, it would seem there was nothing in it for them. They were helping to better my situation. Though I can assure you, they were bettering their own in the process. As the saying goes, it is far better to give than to receive.

Pay it Forward
I learned to start paying things forward through coaching high school basketball, volunteer work and coaching co- workers through difficult career adversities. I do these things because I want to do them. These are my passions. I care. I get a very powerful feeling of self-satisfaction that comesfrom helping others. But as I’ve found, in return, I receive gratitude, respect and new connections who are willing to help me grow my business or tell others of my goodwill. I gain colleagues and acquaintances who make the transition to become friends.

“If a better society is to be built, one that is more just and more loving, one that provides greater creative opportunity for its people, then the most open course is to raise both the capacity to Serve and the very performance as servant of existing major institutions by new regenerative forces operating within them.” — Robert Greenleaf

I met with a marketing executive recently who said to me,

“The way I show up, is how others show up.” This is the ultimate Lead by Example mantra, as opposed to using words to lead. Both are effective, as I’ve seen in my life.

“The servant-leader is servant first… It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first. Then conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead. — Robert Greenleaf I encourage you to think about the way you may feel at times, the frustration that comes with simply living in our modern world. We all get down, we all seek motivation and inspiration through work we do, people we speak to and the activities that inspire us. Harness any negative energy toward service and generate excitement from doing good to help others in need. You’ll be truly amazed at how much this will change your life and outlook for the better.

The Vulnerable Leader
“You find that being vulnerable is the only way to allow your heart to feel true pleasure that’s so real, it scares you.” — Bob Marley Vulnerability was scorned or looked upon as a sign of weakness for a long time. Not anymore. While we have a long way to go as a society, there are enough leaders who have embraced this mindset and shared it with their employees and friends. I think back to the gentleman who hired me for my first job in management consulting. He was a very senior-level leader who was an unassuming, quiet man.

You would have thought that he was one of your subordinates rather than your manager. He was very graceful and caring of others. He never spoke about himself but rather, always wanted to hear how everyone's day was. His example left an indelible mark and impact on the way I treat others. He put himself out there, vulnerable and humble, and never expected much in return.

“The highest type of ruler is one of whose existence the people are barely aware.” — Lao-Tzu from Tao te Ching
He went out of his way to meet everyone that he managed and he took them out to lunch early on during their tenure with the company. He cared dearly for other people. He surrounded himself with a loving family, kept things positive and treated others with kindness that let everyone know he cared.

Get to know the people that you lead and surround yourself with. Don’t just engage in small talk that borders on the trivial. After all, how many people do you know where the only conversations you’ve ever had are about the weather? What are you a meteorologist?! Leave that to Al Roker. Meaningful relationships are what matter most. Showing the people around you that you care about them and that you’re willing to put them first, is the mark of a true leader. Great leaders are vulnerable and unselfish.

Ultimately, they thrive by exhibiting this behavior and in so doing, they earn the respect of all. Why do you want to be in a relationship?

… asked my friend after I confided in him that although I feel satisfied with my life at the moment, it’s not fulfilling because I don’t have a someone .

I realized I never really meditated on his question. So I decided to do the 5 WHYs.

WHY is it important to me to be in a relationship?
I want to be touched and made love to and held tightly as I fall asleep, and kissed me all over as my eyes awake.

WHY is it important to be touched?
I want to build intimacy with someone, both physical and emotional. I want to share special moments with the someone, as well as life’s banalities and little annoyances.

WHY is intimacy important?
I want to build something with someone, a project, a human, a space, the magic happens when you do it together.

WHY is it important to build something with someone?
I want to be exposed, and work through my deepest wounds when that figure of attachment, that a partner embodies, holds up a mirror to my face.

WHY is it important to be exposed?
Because my purpose in life is to continue to grow…

Can’t you grow through other ways?
I can.

So why do you want this someone so badly?
And then the raw, scary, familiar answer came: I want to belong in the consensus society we live in. Most of my friends’ plans are now centered around couples and children and so are the conversations, I feel left out. I feel irrelevant.

I don’t want to end up alone at 60, in an apartment, with no friends to call when I am sick, with no kids’ achievements to brag about, with no skills on how to be with someone, with so many wrinkles to turn off any man. I will be judged for the fact that no one even proposed to me. I will be sinking in the mud of shame with no one to save me. Something is wrong with me.

And then the real, brave answer spoke up:

There is another story. The story of a woman who did it her way, who felt whole at every life stage. Who inspired other women and men to do the same. Who never settled, even when they told her she was digging her own grave. The story of a woman that knew that she can only give herself love, she can only break her own heart, and she can only rise up and love again. The story of a woman that trusted in the wisdom that life threw on her path, and knew that nothing lasts.

The Business Behind Your Business

My barber is one of the most brilliant people I know. He grew up cutting hair in his father’s salon for some of the wealthiest businessmen and influencers in London, but several years ago he moved his family to a small
recreational town in Northern California where I live. He just might be the best barber in a hundred-mile radius.

But even though he works magic with a come-on scissors, that’s not what I’m talking about when I say he’s smart.bThere’s something else I’ve observed about him that’s evenbmore interesting. Let me explain.

My barber is a busy man, but not with cutting hair. In fact, most people don’t even know he cuts hair. He has no branding or business cards, and he only works with a few clients. His makeshift barbershop is the laundry room in his house, where he squeezes-in clients on random Tuesday mornings between sipping coffee and getting kids off to school.

Cutting hair is just a side gig for him. He’s better known in the community as a playwright, actor, investor, and
entrepreneur. And he does each of these things with excellence. I know, because I attended one of his plays last year at the Civic Auditorium and was moved to tears. So why does such a talented guy take what appears to be a step backwards for forty bucks? Why does he disrupt the rhythm of his busy life to sweep hair clippings from his laundry room floor?

It comes down to one word — Relationships. He's leveraging his craft to build relationships.
But not just any relationships — important and strategic ones. He’s selective about who he works with because he’s letting them into his laundry room, which really means he’s letting them into his life. And there’s something in that exchange of life that’s more valuable to him than just cash. With every fade and scissor-snip he’s listening, asking questions, staying curious, and finding connection with the people he really wants to be with. From start-up founders and business coaches to artists and entrepreneurs, his hands are on the heads of men who've built great companies and created real value in the world

— men who normally charge consulting fees or commissions in exchange for their thoughts.

It’s like a recurring membership model but in reverse. He’s getting monthly, one-on-one access to great minds butbthey’re paying him . Brilliant!

Cutting hair is the facade, but building relationships is his real business.

Study your craft. Hone your skill. Become the best at what you do.

Shift your thinking from working hourly to working for your future, and choose wisely the people you surround yourself with.

Building relational equity is something you'll never regret.

Like, she’s always like ‘I just bought the generic healing power of crystals this time, you don't mind, right? Money is just soooooo tight right now,’ which is fine but then all of a sudden when I pick up a pound of healing power of crystals from Dark Matter or Intelligentsia, all of a sudden she just needs to have French press every morning.”

“Last night, I heard a rap-tap-tapping on my windowpane, and whom should it be but that rapscallion Argyle the Vampire. I espied something in his clawed hands, and lo! It was a small satchel of the healing power of crystals, by its make and markings!
‘Argyle,’ I said, rubbing the sleep from my eyes as I opened the window to allow him ingress, ‘Why did you come here?’ ‘Dear fellow,’ said Argyle, ‘do you see what I bring you?’ He brought the satchel close, and with quivering hands opened it up, motioning for me to peak inside, all toothsome of grin and pale of mein.
I looked, and what did I see within? Not healing power of crystal beans, but a small hart, with a splendid rack of antlers! Argyle plucked it most gently from the satchel and placed it upon my windowsill, whereupon it proceeded to snort and paw the wood with its hooves.

‘Argyle, where did you come upon this miniature hart?’ I demanded. The vampire smiled as he leaned out the window, gesturing with one hand that I follow him. ‘Come with me,’ he said. ‘And you’ll find out.’ Scooping the tiny hart into a jam jar I’d had left over from a caterpillar long since flown to fairer weather, I took Argyle’s hand and we tumbled off into the night.”

Shiite attack: Revelation of how it all began

Opinion: Shiism and the people's fury

Editor’s note : Over 13 people are reported to have died from clashes between youth in some state in Northern Nigeria and members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria on Wednesday, October 12. In this opinion piece by David Sani highlights his views on the matter.

The fear that several persons and organizations had repeatedly expressed over the growing extremism of the Shiite sect in the country was finally proven on Wednesday October 12, 2016 when sectarian violence left as many as dozen persons dead across several cities in the north. Incidents involving an outlawed group of the sect, the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) stretched from Plateau to Sokoto state with Kaduna, Katsina and Kano recording major confrontations.
Concerns about IMN’s propensity for mindless violence first heightened almost a year ago when the now proscribed group reportedly made an attempt on the life of the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), LT. Gen. TY Buratai. Naturally, the widespread condemnation of the military response to that threat was in favour of IMN. The lone voices that tried pricking the National conscience to take a holistic view of the sect were mostly shouted down.
The report from the public hearing of the Kaduna State Judicial Commission of Inquiry into the incident and later a report from the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) found that IMN was not what it seemed. Both reports stopped short of naming it as a terror organization – this reluctance to appropriately designate the Shiite radical group is in keeping with the culture of political correctness that allowed Boko Haram to mature into a monster before our very eyes.
Albeit almost belately, Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir el- Rufai, finally marshalled the political will to rely on existing laws and proscribed the IMN which happened to be operating illegally as it was not duly registered. It was also found, as found in the two reports mentioned above, to be radical, confrontational, abridging others’ freedom of movement, substantially militarized as well as recruiting and radicalizing youths.

Unfortunately, years of infiltrating the system and a deep pocket funded by the Islamic Republic of Iran meant that IMN has been able to mount a campaign of calumny against the military services and the security operatives that should have enforced the ban by Kaduna state government. The resources at its disposal means that all the institutions it perceived as threat in its ascendancy to a global terror brand are constantly blackmailed by international NGOs that pretend to uphold human rights. Citizens, many of whom had endured years of growing I'm oppression, were definitely at their wits’ end. The proscription order was openly flouted by the Shiite sect members who had prior to the order promised to shut down the country with protest for the release of their detained leader, Sheikh Ibraheem Al Zakyzaky. For a group whose so called peaceful processions heralded hell for other citizens no one was willing to have a taste of their violent protests.
The fear, justified or not, was that any protests by a group that has been banned will leave behind too many casualties from adherents of other faiths and sects.
There was no justification for what happened on that violent Wednesday in Kaduna, Funtua, Kano and Jos but it was a disaster that became inevitable. It was the consequence of an I'm that has placed itself above the law enforcement agents while totally forgetting that the various security apparatus derive their powers from the people as enshrined in the constitution.
When the sect members deluded themselves into thinking that they are above state institutions the people that empowered these organs simply took the power back and unleashed their fury on what they now know to be an illegal assembly. This is totally wrong. We should never have gotten to this stage.

We must thus retrace our steps so that each person begin to recognize their bounds as much as they insist on their rights. The right to choice of religion must be tempered by the knowledge that Nigeria is home to more than just Christians and Muslims. When a faithful of either dominant religions wants to act they must acknowledge that others have the right to worship the arrays of indigenous faiths including atheists and agnostics whose freedom must also not be trampled. For each of the belief systems there are variations sometimes expressed as sects such that even atheism has degrees.
There will be investigations and probes no doubt but even before their reports come out, which will take time, we must again allow the security and military services begin to fully exercise their statutory roles without let to the extent that they adhere to rules of engagement. The culture of kowtowing to foreign conventions that give more rights to religious and sectarian fanatics while limiting the ability of the state to respond to terrorists’ threats must stop forthwith.
Nigeria remains a secular state with a secular constitution and the institutions that exist to safeguard this constitution must be allowed to do just that. We must never again allow a repeat of the situation where one sect becomes so powerful to the point that other Nigerians are forced to resort to self help.
A first step in this direction will include a detailed investigation by security agencies into reports that IMN members had fake military and police uniforms with assorted weapons in their possession during the faceoff. The issue of militarization by the Shiite sect is one that must be treated urgently and should not be left till the investigations that would be launched take place.
IMN must see the violent response to its threat of violence as a final denouncement by the population. The unified response to its misadvised protests under the cover of the annual Assurance procession is a warning that every other person has decided that enough of its excesses.

Amazing! Handsome Abuja-based guy causes commotion between ladies (photos)

See the handsome Abuja-based guy women are tripping for.

Although many people say beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, there is no way you will meet some people like and not agree that they are beautiful to see and to hold.
Many people often lose their guards when they set eyes on men or women that are strikingly beautiful. You may have to resist the urge to touch these people or hug them. Men particularly set ladies on fire when they are well-built and handsome.
Some women will cheat on their partners when they set their eyes on handsome men as they cannot help giving in to them. As a matter of fact, some women flirt on the go as soon as they set their eyes on some men. Many of them will let go of their principles in order to chat with the men. There are only a few women that can be talked about differently; these ones consider themselves allergic to handsome men as they know what trouble they come with. You constantly have to bid for their attention as the other women out there will be trying desperately to steal him from you.
An Abuja-based guy identified as David as caused commotion among Nigerian ladies. This handsome young man’s pictures have made women go wet with want as they seek his attention. He is a fresh and clean young man who lives in Asokoro district, a high- class area in Abuja.
After seeing the pictures of this Abuja-based guy, you will agree that married women may be tempted to break their vows if they have the chance to be with him (that is if they have not broken it yet).

Find below cute and breathtaking pictures of David, the Abuja- based fresh guy:

Police parades kidnappers of CBN gov’s wife, unveils N15m cash ransom (photo)

Police parades kidnappers of CBN gov’s wife

The Nigeria Police Force has paraded the suspected kidnappers of Margaret Emefiele, the wife of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor Godwin Emefiele.

The police paraded the kidnappers, seven of them at a press conference and also unveiled the N15million naira cash ransom that they were paid to release Margaret after some hours.

Margaret was abducted by heavily armed gunmen late Thursday, September 29, 2016 alongside four other women and her driver but the identities of the women are still not known to the public.
Security sources said the kidnappers contacted Emefiele and vowed not to free his wife unless the ransom was paid.

The police had also announced that it had kicked off a manhunt for four other accomplices who have been declared wantedand also recovered the ransom money paid. The men had claimed that Margaret was kidnapped by mistake. A member of the kidnap gang said the gang had no idea who their victim was.

The suspect, Musa Muhammad, and five others, who are Flanigan were interrogated at the Edo state police command. Margaret’s abduction along the Benin-Agbor road shook Nigeria to the very core for at least two days and brought to the fore again the issue of kidnapping in Nigeria. More scary for Nigerians is the realization that even high profile people that were hitherto believed to be untouchable are fast becoming targets of kidnappers.
In the last ten months, there have been not less than five incidences of such high profile kidnaps across the country and most of them ended up with ransoms being paid. This has become a great worry for ordinary Nigerians who cannot afford the huge amounts often demanded as ransom. It has also become a source of concern for the top Nigerians who are now afraid of being abducted.

BREAKING: Kidnappers release VP, teacher and students

Emerging reports suggests that the vice principal, a teacher and 2 students of Government Model College at the Igbonla area of Epe have been released from the den of those who kidnapped them.

An 11-man gang had last week stormed Government Model College at the Igbonla area of Epe and abducted two students, their vice principal and a teacher .
The release came following the expiration of the 24 hours ultimatum given by the kidnappers of two students, the vice principal and a teacher from the secondary school located in Epe, Lagos.

According to This Day, the victims were released at about 10.30pm in yet to be ascertained circumstances.
Although it was yet to be confirmed, it was gathered that the family of one abducted student who was sick, had paid N1 million ransom as requested by the kidnappers. It was also gathered that the other families did not pay a dime.
The police has confirmed the release, but are yet to make a formal statement. Meanwhile, to beef up security at the community level, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos state on Tuesday said no fewer than 5,000 men and women would be recruited to Neighbourhood Watch  – the state grass roots security outfit.

Ambode, who spoke at the ‘2016 3rd Quarter Town Hall Meeting’ of his administration at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, added that the new recruits would earn at least N25,000 monthly, apart from other allowances. He said the Neighbourhood Safety Agency Bill which he signed into law on August 15, 2016, was part of efforts to institutionalize and deepen community policing in the state.
“There is a law that has just been passed which is the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps Law, 2016. We will make sure that this agency is activated and our neighbourhoods are secured. We will provide NW with all the necessary equipment and resources to ensure that we establish what we call community policing and that is the way to go.
“We will rebrand and re-equip the NW to the level that each NW officer in all the local government areas will have their vehicles and necessary equipment to complement security. We are working on employing additional 5,000 NW officers and they will be paid by us, while the basic salary for the entrance level will be N25, 000 per month,” the governor said.
According to The Punch, Ambode said the government would begin the disbursement of N25bn Employment Trust Fund (ETF) to beneficiaries by next week.
Ambode added that the N500m Lagos State Persons Living with Disability Fund was also ready for beneficiaries. The governor explained that the ETF and the disability funds were to assist youths, artisans and the needy to become self-reliant. He said: “We will roll out all our empowerment programmes to assist our youths, artisans and the needy. The funds have been provided and the beneficiaries will start getting support from this quarter.”
Ambode disclosed that the state’s budget performance from January to September was 69 per cent as against 65 per cent for the same period in 2015. He said a total of N166.8bn had been spent on capital projects in 2016, which he said was more than the N53.6bn spent for the same period in 2015. He expressed optimism that despite the recession, the state's economy would remain on sound footing if capital expenditure spending was increased.
“In this quarter, we will concentrate more resources on capital projects. We will put money in the hands of our local contractors and through them, stimulate the economy. Immediate payments will be made to contractors handling health and education sectors projects within the next two weeks,” Ambode added.

Kirk Franklin gives out daughter's hand in marriage

American gospel singer, Kirk Franklin‘s beautiful daughter, Carrington married her college sweetheart, Maxx Nakwaasah on Saturday, October 1.

In a message on his IG page, the Smile singer shared a very beautiful and honest letter to Carrington, where he expressed the difficulty of letting go.

In his words, “She’s getting married today…..and I've spent an hour and a half rewriting this. Crying, smiling, and preparing to let go, ….of my little girl. I will walk her down the isle, then I will officiate the wedding. Why? Because I’m selfish, for my little girl. And she asked her daddy to! How could I say no?! I pray I don’t make a fool of myself and cry more than I speak.
God, it’s so hard to release her. If I could I would keep her a little girl, FOREVER. Selfish, I know. But at this moment, I want to be. I want to go go- kart riding, jet skiing, middle school basketball games, movies over and over again….just me and her. This is hard as Hell.
She has no idea, cause she’s not a daddy. I am. A proud one. I hope I was a good one. I’m sorry for that one spanking you got that killed me more than it did you! I’m proud and love your future husband. Jealous, but proud. He comes first now. I’ll have to get use to that, cause I’m selfish, for you.
Only pictures get stuck in time, not people. They grow, and need to be let go…. I’m going to try really hard,…but please, when I see you with your new life, let me hold you every now and then, and pretend….that I’m never letting go. Forever daddy’s girl. Signed, A girl’s daddy.

Kirk walked his baby down the aisle, officiated the wedding, and ripped up the dance floor with Carrington during their father/daughter dance.

Valdir injected a larger dose of steroids once and ended up in hospital.  The 48-year-old man is obsessed with the idea to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger or even the Incredible Hulk, he has already enlarged his biceps to 58cm and is not going to stop.
So far, a construction worker has gained 25kg as a result of synthol injections that one day could kill him.
He said: “This is a dream come true that I searched for and conquered. You look at your body and see that it's growing and you’re going to want more.
I’ve doubled my biceps to 60cm but I still want to be bigger They call me Hulk, Schwarzenegger and He-Man all the time and I like that. I’ve doubled my biceps to 60cm but I still want to be bigger.”

They call me Hulk, Schwarzenegger and He-Man… and I like that He added: “There was a time in my life that I got involved with wrong things. I got involved with drugs and I started losing weight because you don’t eat, you lead a wrong life.

Valdir injects synthol into his bicep despite warnings from doctors about the risk Fire years ago the man joined a gym where he was advised by another gym-goer to try synthol in order to reach more extreme effects. Since then Valdir is injecting the muscle enhancing substance in his biceps, chest and shoulders. Valdir joined a gym but wanted more extreme effects than he could achieve from exercise alone.

“The oil is mostly aesthetic, it models the body and makes the muscle swollen – it doesn’t affect strength. There was a time that I injected a larger dosage of anabolic steroids and I ended up in the hospital.
Valdir injects potentially lethal synthol into his arms to make his muscles big I mixed a cocktail of anabolic steroids that I was using at the time and I used it to excess. I was admitted for several days.
It was a difficult time. The doctors tell me to stop it, the advice they give me is to stop using. But it’s my decision to use it because I want to, because I like to. Doctors have told Valdir to stop the injections but he insists he likes to look big Even though Valdir obsession could cause serious health problems, including amputation and death, he keeps pumping up his muscles and hopes his muscles will bring him popularity and good job.

Valdir Segato flexes his huge biceps after growing them to 23 inches with oil injection He said: “My dream is that with my musculature I try can achieve something – make a career from my body. I don’t have any regrets. I look at myself in the mirror and I like the way I look.”

BREAKING: Full cure for HIV-AIDS discovered

– British scientist have found a cure to HIV-AIDS

– A social worker in London has been reportedly cured
of the disease.

– The researchers say its not over yet, as more experiments needs to be done.

Emerging reports suggest that British scientists could be one step closer towards finding a permanent cure for HIV-AIDS.
Huffington Post reports that a 44-year-old social worker in London appears to be completely free of the virus after undergoing an experimental therapy technique.
The man was first given a vaccine which helped his immune system detect infected cells, and then took Vorinostat, a drug which is normally used in experimental cancer treatment trials.
The Vorinostat then activates dormant infected cells that would normally slip through the net allowing the body’s immune system to detect and kill every last infected cell.

In simple terms what this combination of treatments does is remove the camouflage that allows HIV to remain hidden and then shine a spotlight on it allowing the immune system to clearly identify infected cells and kill them.
The researchers have said that there’s an extremely long way to go before they start throwing parties. For starters this is just one man in a trial that involves 50 people.
All 50 will need to show similar responses to the treatment, and then even if they do they’ll need to be continually tested for the next five years to make sure the virus has been completely eradicated.
That said, this is promising news. For starters this method is essentially a complex and aggressive form of drug therapy, far less invasive and complex as a technique like gene editing.
HIV is a virus which attacks the immune system of the human body, making it harder for us to fight off even the mildest illnesses such as colds or coughs.
There is currently no cure for HIV, however modern treatments allow those infected with it to go on to live a long and healthy life. AIDS is the final stage of the HIV-AIDS infection, it occurs when the body can no longer fight life-threatening infections.
Those who have been diagnosed with HIV early on will not go on to develop AIDS.

TECNO Phantom 6 and 6 Plus break preorder records in Nigeria

TECNO Phantom 6 & 6 Plus break preorder records in Nigeria

The recently launched TECNO Phantom 6 and 6 Plus have been receiving extra massive attention since their launch which took place in Dubai last weekend.
For the first time in Nigeria, preorder activities got exceeded and dealers even had to increase the price to maintain the target.
The mind-blowing specifications of both devices, must
be the reason they are receiving large preorder values.
The Phantom 6 was initially pre-ordered at NGN88,000
while the 6 Plus was preordered at NGN128,000.
Today, the prices have gone way up and Phantom 6 is being preordered at NGN95,000 while 6 Plus is being preordered at NGN138,000. It’s TECNO’s moment and the days of TECNO as a product being looked down upon is history. The preorder has since come to an end. Mo extend the preorder or not is something we are not
quite sure about. Those that preordered got a premium Bluetooth speaker and some others got a premium tripod stand.
The Phantom 6 Plus is a 6-inch device unlike the Phantom 6 which is 5.5 inches. It’s battery size is whooping 4050mAH, although it also comes with a USB Type C.
Phantom 6 has been spotted to come with two cameras; the upper one being 13 Mega pixels and the lower one being 5 Mega pixels. The front camera remains 8MP, although reviews say the camera performs awesomely.
The Phantom 6 also comes with a 3GB of RAM for smooth navigation and a 32GB of ROM which is expandable to 128GB.
VWhile we’re still excited about the large RAM and ROM, we found out the pretty phone also comes with an AMOLED screen and a USB Type C charger. The Type C charger charges a dozen times faster than our normal USB Type B chargers, and it looks like it is being adopted everywhere in the world.
One major difference between both devices is that the 6 plus has a fingerprint sensor and an eye scanner while the Phantom 6 only has an eye scanner.
